Produced by the Vendolator Manufacturing Company from
the mid to late 1950s, the Royal Crown 81 is one of the most sought
after Coke Machines today. Due to limited production, the VMC 81
is considered much rarer than the 7up, Pepsi, or Dr Pepper versions.
Back around 1994 this coke machine could be found
for around 1,000. Today the same Royal Crown soda machine would
cost you at least $6,500 in fair condition and as high as $23,000
in original, mint, or restored condition.
The VMC 81 is a shelf vendor! Like most vintage machines
that had shelfs it can vend a wide variety of bottle sizes.
