Vendo 63 Coin Adjustment

I have a Vendo 63-7 that was set for 15 cents and has a changer that dispenses nickles in change.  However, It trips after inserting only 1 nickle.  I've not seen an adjustment on the changer.

Any clue where I need to look?  What other info do I need to provide?
